- Once the order has been placed and confirm by customer it cannot be changed or cancelled
- We will not proceed those orders which have incomplete/Missing personal details
- Rbmsalesllc has the right to cancel any order without informing customer due to unavailability of product
- Please note that delivery time can be affected due to any unfavorable issue in USA effecting logistic arrangement
- An order will proceed in 24 hours, and it will take approximately 3-5 working days (8-10 working days in Sale Days) to deliver once handed over to courier company
